Our products are shipped from the warehouse in the Netherlands.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands, shipping is from €60. Shipping costs below €60 are €5.95 within the Netherlands.
How long is the delivery time?
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
Is there a track & trace number included?
Yes, you will receive this at your email address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your package hasn't been processed yet, this is possible. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
How can I return the package?

Please ensure that the products are returned unused in their original packaging.
When will I receive the refund?
Returns are usually processed within a few days, but during peak periods, this may take a little longer. We aim to process returns within 14 days.
Do you provide a warranty on the products?
We routinely inspect our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during transport or something else happens that may entitle you to a warranty claim. In that case, please contact our customer service.
